4 Ways to Get Your Articles Noticed, Without Paying a Dime, Using My Affiliate Basic Techniques By Carl Petty

When you first begin your article marketing campaign, do you really know what needs to be done? Starting out, who actually tells you what to do to be successful? Who tells you that in order to be an affiliate, you need to know these essential basics?

Unfortunately I did not have that support and things were a little tough because everything was a struggle and usually was not a success. The first few articles that I wrote were failures. I’m not kidding either. I couldn’t even write a children’s book if I tried. I came a long way baby. I began to learn how to not only write articles, but to optimize them for the search engines as well. Soon, every one of my articles that I wrote were golden. I found article writing becoming easy and profitable

1. Find your niche that you want to promote and decide on the keywords that you want to use. Make sure the you write quality content in to your article. Within this content, you need to make sure that your keyword density is approximately between 3-4%. If you go over, lets say, 6% with your keyword density, the search engines might regard it as a spam article and you won’t even get a page ranking out it.

2. Proof read your articles within the next day to check for errors. Also, it is a great idea to let a friend or family member proof read it as well. If your grammar and sentence structure isn’t great, you will have a difficult time being recognized as an authority.

3. Now you can publish your article at your preferred article submission site. Make sure you have a good bio box and everything is just the way you want it. Publish your article and wait for approval. This is usually a painful waiting period because you are so ready to get your ideas out for the world to read.

4. Once you have an approved article, Submit it to the major search engines. Submit it to Google, Yahoo, and MSN. After you get them into search engines, ping your articles and you will soon get a front page ranking with the next day.

Good luck and I wish you all the success in the world.

If You Knew Affiliate Basics and List Building Techniques, Could You Join and Become Successful?

You are probably wondering what a list is and why you would need to build one, right? It is not as complicated as it seems. A list is a group of people that are qualified traffic that has been driven to your site. How do you know they are qualified and targeted traffic? Simple! This is the traffic that you targeted with your keywords and your pay per click advertising.

Now that you have people coming to your product or affiliate page, you are going to try to get two valuable things from them. The first thing you are asking for is their name. Now why would they give you their name? Hold on a second and we will get to that. The second piece of information you need to obtain is their e-mail address.

Here comes the magic folks. You create a link for traffic to click on to get to you on the world wide web. When they get to your site, you know they are there because they are searching for what you have to offer. But they are skeptical to buy. Everyone is skeptical to buy immediately. That is just human nature. While they are on your site or before they leave, they see an opt-in form. This form asks for a name and an e-mail address. So, they are going to give you an email address, why? Simply because you are offering them something, for free, that is related to your, and they are hungry for your product and something free that is related to your product.

You got a name and e-mail address. The person gets your offer. WOW. every one is happy, aren’t they? Not quite. You gave them something and they left! Are you stupid? Of course not. This is your opportunity to establish a relationship with that person because he/she has just been added to your email list. If you keep repeating this process, you are BUILDING A LIST

You might think your work is done, but it isn’t. Now you can build towards the needs of the people on your list and see what it is they really need. Remember, if you take care of your list, they will take care of you.

3 Ways to Find Niches – Quick and Easy

There are a great deal of people out there that have discovered a niche in the market place that has made them a great profit. And that is all they are doing. On the other hand, there are great marketers that know how to find these kinds of niches all over the place. These niche markets are just waiting for someone just like you to take advantage of them. So, let me tell you about 3 of my favorite free ways to find profitable niches online.

1 – Niche finding using Google Trends is one of my favorites. Go to Google and type Google trends and you can see what the latest and greatest world wide searches are. Well how does that help you? You gotta think a little deeper than just the trend itself. Today I typed in the word “affair”, because I saw John Edwards admitted to having an affair today and the word is spreading. Now, because the world knows that he has had an affair, there just might be a few housewives wanting to know if their spouse is having an affair as well. Think of your new niche as “how to tell if someone is having an affair”, “catch a cheating spouse”, etc…

2 – The lycos 50 is another great place to find these hot topics. People often forget about lycos, but lycos is still a popular search site with great information. The Lycos list include information on the top searches such as the search term, search position, and how many weeks on the list

3 – Yahoo Buzz is terrific because the have the top 20 searches. They have list scores and ranks for their Leaders and Their Movers. Also great for RSS Feeds.

So, if you need help with finding niches, find fresh new leads by looking at what everyone is searching for on the internet. You can even find more to 20, 50, or 100 list on the net.

3 Things to Avoid With Internet Marketing – You Need to Be Different

3 Three things to avoid. You need to be different. At all cost to being successful with not just internet and affiliate, but as with all types of marketing. And you are probably thinking this is a little unusual being told not to do something. Especially since everyone wants to sale you on the point of what you should be doing.

If someone is just telling you what to do, ten they are not really helping you are they. If you want to truely help people in this business, then you can’t just tell them what to do because you still leave them with possibilities of making mistakes. But I told them what to do right? Very wrong indeed.

Let’s look at product promotion. I am telling you not to promote the top products. You are out for highly competitive niches which result in very very low sales and costly pay per click advertising. Only when you become experienced and gain the expertise of the pros, should you only promote these products.

Don’t sale the same item and use the same ads that the rest of the marketers are using. Well, good advice but how can we do this you wonder? You see, everyone is doing what you were just getting ready to do. They were going to do all this work and give all there backlinks to the products website. Why should you build their list for them? You shouldn’t. So, just build your own list. Copy their site and post it on your. Genius right? Wait there is more you can do. Set up an autoresponder so you get all the opt-ins for your self and promote it with your own offers such as free information or newsletters or what ever you like. Now here is the real beauty, you can send them to the purchase page and avoid the merchants salescopy page. I’ll tell you how to do that later.

Don’t offer the same promotions as every other person that you are working against. It’s not hard to do. All you have to do it think a little bit different. All of this begins to make more sense and a lot of money when you employ just a few simply strategies and techniques.

$660 Per Month in Sales – Would You Like to Earn That Too?

Before we talk about taking in an easy $660 per month in sale, because I know you would like to do that too, you just have to learn a few of the affiliate basics and be willing to invest the time and maybe even a small amount of money, but we will get to that in a second.

First you need to find a product that you like and feel your research indicates the niche as a hungry market with not a lot of heavy competition. Now lets target our market. Advertise with lets say 50 – 100 keywords. Let’s make a worse case scenario and say you pay 31 cents per click. Wow, kinda high, right? That is the point because if you only pay 15 cents per click for your advertising, then you just save over 50% in advertising costs. You’re already ahead of the game.

Now, you should be able to get a 1% – 2% conversion rate (you can run split tests to improve if the are lower or if you think you can convert at a higher rate). After you campaigns are up and running, you should easily be able to get 100 – 300 unique visitors per day (clicks). Assume you get 100 clicks at a 1% conversion rate on a product with a $22.00, you just made $22 and paid 31 cents for 100 clicks.

Not bad for a beginner. You just made $18.90, how do you feel about that? Sure its not the $660 you thought you would earn for the month, or is it?Let us keep your campaign rolling and see what you could theoretically do. If you continue for the rest of the week, you could make one sale per day and at the end of seven days make $154 and just pay $21.70 in ad costs. Slow down man, you $660 is coming..lol

So for thirty days you maintain one hundred clicks per day and average one sale per day. If your pay per click cost is less than 15 cents per click, you paid about $45 bucks but that’s OK because you made an average of $660 for the month. Actually, if your conversion rate was more like 2%, you would make about $1275 after you paid for you ads. I’m not even going to mention how well I do.

5 Bum Marketing Tips – To Help You Make Money Online

If you have been around internet marketing for any amount of time, then you know there are ways to make money online using bum marketing strategies. So, let me tell you about 5 bum marketing tips that can help you make money online.

1. The most important part of bum marketing is the articles that you write. These articles that you write will become published and provide back links to the websites that you are promoting. These websites, also known as landing pages, are where all of your traffic is going to go. So, keep writing as many articles as you can and build that traffic.

2. You need to find a niche. A niche just isn’t a keyword to search for. A niche is a narrow search that is derived from a broad keyword. If your group is going to be weight loss and you want to target women with menopause, then your niche market will be more like weight loss after menopause. Don’t be afraid – search a little deeper.

3. Probably the best traffic from marketing that you can get is search engine optimization. This is the kind of traffic that has it all. Keywords and content. This will place you high in the page rankings and can give you the best free traffic you have ever seen.

4. Build your self a blog. This is just like a personalized online space where you can write comments and write articles that are important to you. You can makes blogs very easily today. Just go to Blogger or WordPress and set one up. There are plenty of tutorials to get you started smoothly.

5. One of my favorites and probably soon one of yours too is building Squidoo lenses. These lenses are better than articles. They are more like a landing pages. You can write your articles on them and link back to relevant pages such as merchant sales pages. You can ad related products from network groups for extra commissions. Better yet, you can include RSS feeds to keep your lens fresh.

So what are you waiting for. Get motivated with internet marketing and start your own bum marketing.

Affiliate Success Basics – 4 Keys to Conquer Online Marketing

There is no need to have to struggle and stumble every inch of the way when you become involved in your own internet business. If you ever wonder why some people find instant success in conquering the basics of affiliate marketing, then you probably have not heard their complete story.

These folks have the same misery we all have when starting out. The difference is that they usually find a mentor or group that directs them into becoming successful. With out any kind of mentor you are probably not going to be able to fully utilize four of the most important keys to online business.

How many people have you talked to that said they just started doing something and everything just clicked? Not very many I suspect. Most, if not almost everyone out there needs an action plan. This could be your goal of things to learn or things to have in order for your business to start to grow. Even both, learning and coordination of action go together for success. So, get that action plan together so you can define where you are and where you want to go.

If you are going to be successful then you need to have a place for people to find you. Just like local store has a street address, your address is going to be in the form of a URL. This is your internet address and it doesn’t always have to cost you anything. You can purchase a domain and host it or you can ever registar a blog of some sort that will receive your traffic. So, get your place of business set up.

Understanding the importance of starting out, the idea of free traffic is a must to begin generating your revenue that you can reinvest back into your business. There are different kinds of free traffic and article marketing can and is still one of the very best sources available today. Learn article writing skills and how to optimize them and you can be very successful.

I do not recommend spending money that you either can not afford to spend, or that you don’t have to spend. Like many others, when you start your online ensevours, you are trying to earn an extra income, not create and extra income. However, if you do have the opportunity to pursue pay per click advertising, It can be a very big money maker for you if done correctly. Just be sure never to over invest yourself, learn how pay per click works, and stay with the big three PPC advertisers.

3 Tips For Pay Per Click Advertising – Keeping Your Cost Down

There are 3 tips that that helped me with my pay per click campaigns that I want to share. If I can help someone by telling them what works for me, then this article will be doing its job.

Probably the first thing about ppc advertising is that most people do not put in the time to find a great product to advertise. So, what you need to do is find that product. That product can be anything, but I just want to deal with Clickbank right now to keep things simpler. Find something n there that you like and check it out. Clickbank gives great information about its digital products that help you determine if it is a good candidate for you to promote.

Make sure you check the gravity of the product. If you have an item with a gravity of lets say over 295, then you are going to have a tougher time marketing this item because there are plenty of affiliates getting commissions off of this already. Unless you are experience with pay per click advertising, I suggest finding something with a gravity of less than 100. But don’t go below 40 and you should have a good, marketable product.

Your advertising campaign is not going to be free, so make sure that you are not marketing something with a high refund rate. If you don’t check this out, then you might just as well be throwing your money away. It doesn’t make any since at all for you or I to spend money to promote someone else’s book when there is a 65% refund rate, does it?

Now that we have a good product that doesn’t generate a lot of refunds, we can get ready for our successful campaign. Before creating a campaign, do a keyword search and even use the Google keyword tool to to make a good list of keywords. The list doesn’t have to be too big. I always try to have at least 100 – 200 keywords. If you have over 1000 keywords you could risk too many ad impressions which in turn would lower your score and increase the amount you pay for each click. Relevancy is key here. Make sure that your keywords are relevant to your ad and your landing page. This will help you get a lower cost per click for each word.

If you use these 3 tips for your pay per click advertising campaign, you should be able to better control how much you spend which in turn will increase your profits. So decide how much is too much. There is so much to learn with ppc. Good forums will help you learn as you go.

Take Action With Affiliate Memberships

What I am talking about here is sharing success with you. I think that most people don’t consider internet marketing as a choice for either improving their present income or just replacing their regular job so they can spend time doing more of what they want to do.

Its about take action with affiliate memberships. Plain and simple folks. I did it and I believe you can as well. It interested me until I took the plunge and joined, and I made the decision that I wanted to learn about internet marketing and become successful.

In the beginning you get overwhelmed with information, but you just keep on learning. Take on an action plan and learn what the professionals are doing and repeat those actions for yourself. Just one step at a time with small goals.

The forums at most of the membership site are filled with incredible information. Take time to introduce yourself to a friendly community and see the response you get. Take part in general marketing discussions and learn whats going on or whats new. Possibly one of the best forum groups are the success stories. This is where people tell you, with excitement, that they hit the Google #1 spot, made their first sale, or even they quit their job because the made in excess of $8000 per month. Trust me, there are lots of guys making more than that in affiliate marketing.

Let me tell you about something new that has me completely excited about affiliate marketing. Its called step by step, take you by the hand video instruction so that you can learn marketing skills immediately apply them, correctly, the right way. This is probably one of the best ways to learn because you are taught by someone that has taken the time to produce videos with detailed instruction that you can view time and time again. Imagine having a community forum to discuss every aspect of not just what has been learned, but contributes to the sharing of new ideas. This ends up promoting sharing of excellent knowledge between affiliates and they can teach each other far beyond the parameters of internet marketing basics that is the strong foundation for their success

I know everyone says good things about various marketing membership site, but do yourself a favor and make sure that the one you choose will deliver the whole package.
