Protect your Bandwidth by using the “No Right Click Plugin”

You’re probably wondering what is he talking about. Let’s just say you start seeing a bunch of crappy backlinks that you don’t even want or need. You check them out and discover they are from people surfing your website and like your pictures or whatever you may have. They simply right click and take to use somewhere else. It seems harmless enough, but…What’s this got to do with my bandwidth? I’ll tell you what is has to do with it. Now you are hosting it to be on someone else’s site as well. They paste and you pay. Pretty simple. So use some protection for yourself and your wordpress site. Here is a description:

NO RIGHT CLICK PLUGIN
The No Right Click Images Plugin Plugin uses JavaScript to change the right click action on IMG tags to disable context menu. It disables the context menu on images only so other right click actions, such as links, should work normally.

Since it uses JavaScript, it targets more images than using a plugin that filter pages and rewrite the tag. The plugin will find many images generated in scripts or pasted into posts and comments, that similar plugins will not find.

It is impossible to keep people from stealing images that appear in web pages, but this plugin will deter casual theft from surfers who do not want to interpret HTML or dig into the browser cache.

If You Knew Affiliate Basics and List Building Techniques, Could You Join and Become Successful?

You are probably wondering what a list is and why you would need to build one, right? It is not as complicated as it seems. A list is a group of people that are qualified traffic that has been driven to your site. How do you know they are qualified and targeted traffic? Simple! This is the traffic that you targeted with your keywords and your pay per click advertising.

Now that you have people coming to your product or affiliate page, you are going to try to get two valuable things from them. The first thing you are asking for is their name. Now why would they give you their name? Hold on a second and we will get to that. The second piece of information you need to obtain is their e-mail address.

Here comes the magic folks. You create a link for traffic to click on to get to you on the world wide web. When they get to your site, you know they are there because they are searching for what you have to offer. But they are skeptical to buy. Everyone is skeptical to buy immediately. That is just human nature. While they are on your site or before they leave, they see an opt-in form. This form asks for a name and an e-mail address. So, they are going to give you an email address, why? Simply because you are offering them something, for free, that is related to your, and they are hungry for your product and something free that is related to your product.

You got a name and e-mail address. The person gets your offer. WOW. every one is happy, aren’t they? Not quite. You gave them something and they left! Are you stupid? Of course not. This is your opportunity to establish a relationship with that person because he/she has just been added to your email list. If you keep repeating this process, you are BUILDING A LIST

You might think your work is done, but it isn’t. Now you can build towards the needs of the people on your list and see what it is they really need. Remember, if you take care of your list, they will take care of you.

Affiliate Basics – Did I Mention Affiliate Basics Yet?

If you want to do anything, and I do mean anything, then you must know the basic skill or knowledge needed to begin. Well, if you go rock climbing and you didn’t read a book, take a class, or have someone tell you that you need a rope as essential equipment and you didn’t bring a rope, well – see what I mean.
Just like affiliate marketing, just a few basic strategies do really save you from pitfalls.

One of the first things is to find is a strong support group that can make your climb to the top a whole lot easier. One of my favorites Chris Farrell’s membership site where you will learn, most of all, wealthy affiliate basics. They have a great forum base that offers introduction, general marketing discussions, general success stories, and even help for marketing tools and services.

Here you can get help with picking a product or niche where you intend to promote. There are great places for everyone to get products and support that they need. Here is where you can use the WA told to help you find your product, keywords, and determine how strong the competition and search power for your new product or niche.

Lets say you decided to promote an ebook for the care of your horse. You create a website using the tools and resource from your supporting group. If you still need help, then post in the forums or email an affiliate that you think could help you out. Everyone is will to help you succeed. Its pretty amazing how I have seen even new members become successful.

Now you need some traffic to your website or landing page. One more time. Build a highway to what you are promoting. You need to direct traffic for yourself. I recommend writing a few articles. Submit your article to a popular article submission site and create a linkback to your website by either using hyperlinking or your affiliate hop link. Then you can go to the big three and submit the URL of your article to Google, Yahoo, and MSN. That should be easy enough. I am not going to get into keywords and SEO at this point. We can deal with that late on. Alright, take a break because you just did a lot of work. Make sure you have good content, that is a key element. If you don’t make people want to read it, then they won’t.

Also, video tutorials have a huge advantage over books in that many, many people prefer to learn visually. Their attention span is short when reading and they can find it difficult to grasp the concept of turning what they read into actions with the software they’re learning.

By seeing what’s going on directly in the application, they can simply replicate the process without having to refer to a load of text and a dozen screen shots.

So, if you specialize in a software application and you can teach others how to use it effectively, then you need to seriously consider this. There are a great many people that are still reluctant to use what is one of the best marketing tools available today. So… you’re a new marketer, and you want to make extra money or even perhaps a great living! One of the first things you do is join an affiliate program or downline club of some sort. Or maybe even you are trying your hand at Ebay or another auction service by marketing some nicely profitable product. Now, once you have some sort of online business vehicle, your mind must gravitate to exactly what kind of advertising to generate sales or memberships.

Online business is an awful lot like regular advertising. What draws you to a business in your home town? Coupons? Specials? Give-aways? A personal recommendation from a friend or trusted associate?

Oh yes – and here is a little secret that is often not known or ignored:

When it comes to building any kind of business online you do the same thing! Give away a free report, an informative ebook, a trial software, an online course, or maybe a subscription to a free newsletter or ezine. This is just simply the way it is done with online business, period. But here is the most critical part… you MUST capture the name and email address FIRST before you give access to it!

It is widely known by all of the top marketers online that your PRIMARY task to be successful is to compile a list of people (prospective customers) that are interested in the type of thing you are giving away! This is so easy to do with an autoresponder. They just fill a form, and they are automatically added to your list, and then are redirected to your download page or membership site.

Then the next task is to automatically send a series of messages with that autoresponder that tell more about the reasons why your product or products (or membership program) are BENEFICIAL to them! WHY? Because it is infinitely better to contact a prospect several times rather than only once. It is a proven fact that most people will NOT buy from you or join your program until they have been approached at least 5 to 7 times. This is done as I said, automatically, on a timed basis slowly tapering off until it is a slow drip of messages until they buy or join- or unsubscribe from your list. And when you run special promotions of any kind, a feature of the best autoresponders allows you to broadcast to your entire list any time you want. This is how many marketers can make huge amounts of money and sales ON DEMAND- whenever and as often as they like!

Details about which autoresponders are best, and the techniques of developing a list and how often to mail to that list are subjects that deserve more time and attention than can be given here… but suffice it to say that if YOU are not FIRST developing a list, and then marketing to your list AFTERWARDS- you’re just missing the boat!

Pure and simple!

So if you are advertising an affiliate link, or your products’ sale page… or anything other than your free subscription, report, ebook, or course – it can indeed be the most tragic mistake you can make in your online business strategy!
